Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the Profile section of your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Account Deletion

Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or portfolio data. If you wish to permanently delete your data, please contact our privacy team. Note that account deletion is irreversible and will permanently destroy all saved AI interactions and deliverables.

Mid-Cycle Cancellations

We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel half-way through your month, you will still have access to the platform for the remainder of that month, but you will not be billed again.
